For Businesses and Organizations
Prosocial education and training promote safe and inclusive communities through positive attitudes, behaviors, and policies. Our "Now, You Know" program emphasizes primary prevention strategies that prevent unwanted behaviors before they happen, trains bystander intervention, and enlists men as allies for a sociable urban economy.
Training consists of five (5) contact hours over the course of 12 months including an online confidential organizational culture assessment (30 min), online pre-course (30 min), in-person instruction and practicum (120 min), a 6-month online organizational culture reassessment (30 min), and a continuing education practicum (90 min).
