Justice Reign | Board President

For more than 25 years Justice Calo Reign has excelled in leadership development, coaching, training, and instruction as a Captain and Behavioral Scientist in the Air Force, as a Division 1 Coach working with world-class athletes, as a business coach working with award winning entrepreneurs and professionals, and as an executive coach. He adeptly cultivates diverse networks that span political, business, military, education and entertainment industries in the Pacific Northwest, as well as nationally and internationally.

Justice is a champion of social justice, environmental stewardship, and corporate social responsibility; and specializes in creating the cultural adoption of socially responsible and sustainable practices by the Millennial and New Founder generations.

Dr. LeNetta Banks-Williams | Board VP

Dr. LeNetta Banks-Williams is an advocate with more than 20 years of experience as a political consultant and educator, over 30 years of dance instructor and modeling experience, and is widely known from her work on television and radio with “The LeNetta Banks Show.” A former Captain in the US Air Force, Dr. Banks-Williams is former Chairman of the Minority Business Development Task Force, a member of the Board of Family Sunshine Center, and provides mentorship to incarcerated youth.  Her efforts have earned her recognition as Montgomery's Top 30 Women of Influence, ASU Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year. 

Dr. Banks-Williams is currently serving as an adjunct professor of Human Services at Indiana Wesleyan University. She holds a B.S. in Behavioral Science-Psychology and a M.S. and PhD in Human Services. The focal point of her doctoral work was establishing self-efficacy as one survives domestic violence.

Jessica “Jae” Rocheleau | Board Secretary

Jessica Rocheleau, an experienced manager in the nightlife and bar industry, is the proud owner of Events By Jae, an event company that specializes in weddings, parties, and community events. Her company's outstanding work has been recognized in Seattle Bridal magazine, and it was also nominated for the Best of Western Washington by Evening Magazine.

Jessica is a dedicated philanthropist, actively volunteering and organizing events for several non-profit organizations in the Pacific Northwest. With over a decade of management experience in the nightlife and bar industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her event planning business.

Natali Schutz | Board Treasurer

Natali Schutz is a co-founder of ZoZ Cannabis and ZoZ Wellness, with a passion for alternative medicine and botanical healing, and a recognized leader in the cannabis industry, known for her innovation and commitment to quality.

In addition to her work in the cannabis and wellness industries, Natali is also dedicated to promoting social justice and equity. She actively works towards dismantling systemic racism in the cannabis industry, and advocates for increased diversity, equity, and inclusion. Natali is passionate about creating a more equitable and just world, and uses her platform as an entrepreneur to make a positive impact.

Under Natali's leadership, ZoZ has become a leading cannabis brand in the Pacific Northwest, known for its high-quality products and commitment to sustainability. In 2020, she co-founded ZoZ Wellness, a new venture that focuses on natural wellness products, harnessing the power of hemp and other plant-based ingredients. The company is dedicated to promoting equity in the wellness industry and ensuring that all people have access to high-quality wellness products.
